Default Maybe wrong place to ask this but...

I'm looking to replace the internal hard drive in my macbook. I've got the first generation macbook and it only has a 70 gb HD and I run out of space very quickly. I've been looking at these : http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/hard-.../2.5-Notebook/

Specifically, the Seagate 320 gb : http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Seagate/ST9320421AS/

I'm no expert on internal hard drives so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
