Default buffer size wont go as low now

I have a Saffire Pro 40 running with pro tools 10 on win7 64 bit sp1.

I use to be able to run my interface at 64 samples all the time no problems at all. now i had to bump it up because i keep getting some cpu error pop up. my computer setup hasnt changed at all and i should be able to keep my low sample rate.

any suggestions?

Have you optimized your win 7 before? If not try this

Also if you could give us the info needed to help you as stated in this thread, other people might be able to share more ideas.
