Pro Tools 2021.12 Lag

Just upgraded to 2021.12 Ultimate from 12.7HD. Some actions lag such as clicking on the track record enable or input monitor button. Theres a good 1-2 second delay before the button lights or turns off. Its instantaneous with mute and solo buttons. Didnt have that issue in 12.7. Running on a high spec windows 10 system , i9-990k, 3.60GHz, 64 gig ram.

While many think it is irrelevant, please check your W10 build. Compatibility info here. And as said, follow all optimisations recommended by Avid.

Key specs were posted in the thread. Only mentioned so as not for anyone to assume I'm running a Dell Inspirion from 2004. Appreciate your reply though.
