TC/Spark vs. Sound Designer II

Is there anyone who has demo'd or purchased TC/Spark? If so, please make comparisons to SD II pros/cons about this program as well as the plug ins. Also, is Spark compatible with Audio Media III? I am very interested since the demise of SD II.
