I'm having the same problem. We have four Ultimate licenses and four Studio licenses. I've only tried one of the Ultimate licenses but it says the same thing... no license available. I just plugged in a second iLok that has Studio on it and it loads fine. Seems the problem is the Ultimate licenses.

I just deactivated it from my iLok so it's in our account. Interesting when looking at the items in the bundle, it includes Studio and Ultimate Perpetual but neither one is seen.

Default PT 2022.9 no license ?? no Launch !

So updated to 2022.9 & all of a sudden PT says iLok has no license .. But it's there in my iLok app... Further more I have 2 identical systems - other than one of them has 2022.9 intalled... but when i swap iLoks it works.. I have 2 PT licenses.... both Ultimate & up to date.. but 1 is Flex & the other is perpetual.. but both offer the 2022.9 download at the bottom of the page... What gives ? I've had to swap iLoks to keep working... Very frustrating...

Chiming in, have the same problem.. tried resyncing But nada... Fortunately I have 2 systems with both an ultimate license & a Ultimate flex license.. so I swapped the iLoks and it works now.. but won't update the other system to 2022.9 till i hear this get's fixed.... Cheers TT..

I tried moving Ultimate to the 2nd iLok that had Studio on it and still won't work, so there's nothing wrong with the iLok. There's something about this particular license... and it's good until next August!

What do you mean? Flex *is* Ultimate. You mean a subscription vs. perpetual?

Found your account and syncing 2 of your licenses that don't match their Upgrade Plans ... pls try again in a couple minutes.

I just reverted back to 2022.7 and it's all good... Ultimate (Flex) perpetual is seen again.

Yes, all of our perpetual license are still called Ultimate, and the logo says ULTIMATE when it loads.

Got it to work... I reinstalled 2022.7 and had only the iLok with Ultimate on it, and it opened. Left that iLok in and installed 2022.9 and this time the license was seen and Ultimate loaded.

Problem was with your perpetual license - its Release Limit date didn't match your Upgrade Plan. Fixed now!
