I was thinking license issues in part because he brought a separate DigiLink License… when he may have qualified for one included in the Ultimate upgrade. Ask Avid support for a refund if appropriate.
But BScout’s link is also important, many threads on DUC with people having issues related to that. And one trap there is the ability to do the driver install security approval goes away after 30 minutes from the install, which causes confusion when folks check and don't see that option in the prefs panel. Hello Everyone,
Thanks again for all of your help. Turns out it was a licensing error on AVID's part. They are discounting the proper Ultimate license and opening a case for a refund (regarding the DigiLink purchase). Client is now up and operable. Thanks, Joe
