Pro Tools crashes when using aggregate

Hi there,

I am having trouble opening PT10 when using an aggreagte IO.

I am trying to aggreagate an RME MADIface, RME Fireface and the internal line IO. When I select this aggregate, Pro Tools will not open. I hold down 'n' to select the playback engine and PT closes. The same happens from inside PT if I change the playabck engine there.

All of the devices work fine individually. The intenal IO will aggregate with the madiface and fireface, but the fireface and madiface will not work together.

Do any of you chaps have any bright ideas?

I run a MacBook Pro, OS X 10.6.8, 8GB RAM, PT 10.1.2, Complete Production Toolkit 2, RME MADIface, RME Fireface UCX.
