Default 733 old or new

im thinking of retiring old faithful. my 9600 and getting a G4. my question is should i get an old 733 or a new quicksilver. they have recently been approved but im a little wary. what do you think?

I have both and they're both running great.

So I'd probably go with the Quicksilver as it is cheaper

whats the deal with the cache thing L2, L3? how does that effect protools performance?
