2023.10 saving issues

Has anyone else noticed with PT 2023.10 and Mac that recalling a a previous version of your project from the saved sessions folder will create a new folder in your session when you save it? This new folder now will save any audio files in it instead of in the original folder where all your other audio files are. This causes many headaches with audio files now in two places. Anyone else notice this, or know of a setting with will keep this extra folder from being created? Many thanks!

Have you tried the 2024.10.1 version that fixed the creation of extra files bug?
It may fix this also?

Working fine in 24.10.1. Opening a backup opens as .recovered and hitting command-s asks for a location to save.

Having the same issue. When saving a opened backup ptx a new session folder is saved including repopulation of subfolders such as Audio Files, ARA data, Sampler Audio Files etc. This problem occurred from 2024.10

Problem fixed. 2023.10.1 fixed the the saving issue of making new folders and saving data in those new folders. It really messed up. show I was working on, and now I have to figure out how to consolidate the audio files and ARA files into the original folders. I may have to do a copy project and copy everything into a few session.
