License expired
Hi guys,
I have a "little" problem with my Pro tools. I pay each month for the annual pass, and there is no problem. On the website it's ok, my license is active,but on the app, it says "License expired"... so i can't use Pro tools.... Could you help me please ? Thank you so much |

Hum no, maybe because the case was in french.. So i did a new case in English lol

Did you check/refresh your licenses in the iLok License Manager?

Yes i do that, and after i desactivated pro tools to see if it was just a bug. But now I can't reactivate it :/
And it's always expired |
