Perpetual licence - support plan auto-payment was not made
I had a valid support plan until 3/24/2025 and auto-renewal enabled, but the auto-payment was not made. In my account the license is active, the green light says "support plan renews on Mar 24, 2025" but in iLOK manager the license is unavailable. I can work with ProTools, but the plugins from the Avid complete plugin bundle are unavailable. Case No 04963833
