Three weeks and still no license transfer?

Hi,

I've come here as a last resort because I am quite frankly appalled with the customer service I've received - or should that be NOT received - whilst trying to transfer my perpetual Pro Tools Studio licence to a new user.

I've followed every step - bought an overpriced £35 support ticket - talked with a customer service rep FIVE TIMES as he didn't seem to understand the basic concept of transferring my licence to another user - and even the new user who's bought my license has tried multiple times to get through to Larry the online sales rep, but again, he didn't understand a word and closed the case!

As you may have guessed - I want my PT Studio perpetual transferred to another user - simple as that! Is there anyone out there that can do this!?

I am so sorry that you haven't head a response.... not acceptable at all. Both Tope and I have escalated this to the manager of the licensing group and asked that this be taken care of today. Unacceptable to have this sit for weeks.

I am following it now and will make sure it gets attention.
