Default iLok Lisence inactive, even though PT Subscription is Active and Paid for

I have been having this problem since yesterday. Unable to access my license or use pro tools at all. This is very frustrating guys!! It seems others are having this problem and I imagine is has to do with the new payment system. Please Fix ASAP!! Thanks!

You are all set correct dbmusicstudio .....?

I see you got a temp license and that our web team is working on fixing the bug associated with the auto renew on and an active plan but expired date.

If you do not hear anything in a few days then please PM me.

Hi, I have the same problem with mi Pro Tools Studio Edu subscription, the pro tools subscription don't appear on my ilok account and, since 3 days ago and I need to work with pro tools to finish work projects. Please, Help.

He sincronizado tu licencia, así que ¿puedes acceder al administrador de iLok y actualizarla?
