Artist Mix and MC Control failure

HELP!!!!

I have an Artist Mix & MC Controll that both worked fine until I installed Eucon 3.01.

since then everything has stopped, I mean that although Eucontrol can see the devices no other application including pro tools can. The MC Control can't even switch apps anymore.

I have even uninstalled (both auto and full manual incl. delete of plists etc)and gone back to 3.0 which works a little better (tast switching works) but although it can see protools it has no soft keys and no controls work. I

Also the MCMix doesn't show anything, no faders work.

Can anyone help?
