Pro Tools Carbon Shut Down

Merry Christmas all,

My Carbon has been fine and dandy for the past year, I woke up last week and the lights had all been shut down. The hardware will not turn on, I tried disconnecting and connecting the outlet as well as the Ethernet.

Are you sure you firmly pressed the power button and that both the power cable and power outlet are intact? Check with another piece of equipment just to be absolutely sure on this.

If it still does not power up at all I would contact the dealer you bought it from.

Within the EU you should be covered by warranty within two years of purchase.

you might be out of luck then, it seems like you're in the US and warranty is only one year there.
but it seems that the Reverb seller is a company and not a private seller. I would definitely get in touch and if that won't work send it in for repairs to AVID.
