when you share on kazaa you share with the world. its better to use windows messenger or aol messenger. they both have file transfer capability. the best way is to use ftp.

for very large files (like a session), i usually use winrar to span it across several 10MB files. that way, if your connection gets lost, you only have to start up where you left off, instead of attempting to start from scratch and risking another connection error...

for a free ftpprogram i can reccomend filezilla very much. They have a server that is for free (sourceforge), and an ftp-client that is also free.
