How to get rid of static

I am using Protools Le 7.3 and have the mini mbox 2 interface. Everytime i bounce my session as wave or wm it has static in it or is distorted. when i bounce as quicktime it is clear but not as good as quality. Does anybody know how i can rectify the problem, please respond back. THX
