Default Keyboard's keys as controllers?

In Logic you can control play, rew, FF, record, etc. assigning those commands to some Midi controller keyboard's keys.
Does anyone know if something similar can be made on PT?

There are lots of keyboard shortcuts including those for transport control. You may find this comprehensive guide useful.https://resources.avid.com/SupportFi...uts_2020.3.pdf

Yes I know it, but my master keyboard is on the other side of the room, quite far from the computer, so it would be useful to control PT from it

How far is far? Would a BT keyboard work?

Do you have an iPad or Android tablet handy? The free AVID Control app will do what you want and more.

I use the control app on my phone. It's small but big enough to use transport controls

Apologies. I totally forgot it’s also available for iOS so you can run it on your phone.

As you mention, plenty big enough for a transport control.
