Kernel Panics

All the information is posted here on the apple forum. I have a feeling i am not hte only one with this problem? boy a solution would be great.

in addition i am experiencing an occasional odd clicking/skipping and repeating of certian sounds (incoming IM's and such). anyone know what that could be?
