I got a new MTRX Studio and now my DADman doesn't open any profile

Hi there.

Recently I got a new MTRX Studio because my first one came with some issues, so it was replaced.

I'm trying to open my profiles that I've created with the guys from Dolby when they calibrated my studio, and now the DADman doesn't open any kind of profiles, even the ones that are available to download. All my routing, calibration, eq, delays, etc are in those profiles.

Can anybody help? I already installed the new DADman version, also the most recently firmware.

Make sure you have DADman 5.6.5.1 installed and then access File > Import Profile, then point to your .dmprof file.

Select your unit serial from the pop-up, then tick enable monitor. File > Save Profile as > give it a new name.
