Default AVID please fix the sidechain ADC bug in PT native Versions

It is absolute essential to work with a tight side chain now days.
I can not understand why this is ignored by Avid.

Avid, please implement this in the native Version. We pay over 400€/$ every year for PT Ultimate updates. And I can not work with side chain compression.

such a shame

Agreed. However, it's not a bug, rather omitted functionality.

Maybe they can flip the switch in Native and sell it as a separate license.
Something like a 'Sidechain Compensation Enhancement Pack' paid option?

Thank me later, clever AVID marketing guys..

I sold my 2 HDX cards when they increased the voice count on native. I immediately regretted it when I realized I gave up side chain delay compensation in the process. It’s ridiculous that this hasn’t been addressed!

the business model is trash as always, voice packs and track count are such a dinosaur way of thinking and limitation these days. icing on the cake is this side chain bug actually being a "feature" lol

I have both HDX and Native. I seldom use the Native card, largely for this reason.

Exactly why it hasn't been done...HDX...yawn... Milking this old "DSP" that makes you have to buy into. Just like all of us old TDM Diehards! Spending 40-50K on systems. My theory is they are so out of gas with the programmers and the multiple OS on Mac and windows and having to code for software that HAS to work on these ancient HDX cards and ALSO have to work native.... Thats always been the problem. Just like they said 32 bit float was not possible cross platform at some point.... its all $$$$ BS! They are behind the curve, They know it. Film is their $$ Not music creators.... You can't even copy and past a simple beat on the Grid!!! hahahhahahahhah We are a bunch of Suckers.

But in the long run, I can't use any other DAW......
