Digi 002R not seen by Windows PT 12
Hi, I know it is an old piece of gear, but worked fine until my PC crashed and Windows was reinstalled. I think there is a way to get it to work again but need help! Am not super technical but know how to follow instructions. Thank you!

"Latest version of Windows..." do you mean Windows 11? THat is not supported(but might still work). Did you download and install the newest 002R driver from Avid? Have you tried all of the possible firewire device drivers(via Device Manager)? Are the computer specs in your signature correct? FWIW, I have an old X58 system working currently with Windows 11, PT Intro 2023.3 and an Mbox 2 Pro firewire interface, but you may need to consider this as a sign to move to a newer(and surely better) interface
