no Eucon anymore? 3.2 doesnt work

I wasted all afternoon to reinstall Mavericks and do update 10.9.4. ... now everything works but it's foolish not to do updates for Avid's fault ... someone you can communicate with an Avid technician? Avid someone reads this forum?

I have not upgraded my mac system (10.9.2) and will not upgrade my eucon drivers (3.2.1) because they work, and I know if I change something there is a 80% chance it will go back to the same terrible experience I had before for years, when the console didn't work until I rebooted the computer twice.

I don't think the have half the team required to properly take care of the Eucon protocol. I am certain the person working there is doing his best, but he's probably overwhelmed with issues that would require expert programmers to fix and some sort of big budget. For the price these machines it is not acceptable, but after years I don't think complaining will change anything.

On a side note, my computer has constant kernel panics and I am almost certain it's my Eucon drivers. Also the Eucon drivers conflict with 2 applications I use: QuickKeys for Mac and MakeMusic Finale (scripts).

After updating the surface, and updating EuControl, the 3.2.2 update does not work UNLESS your re-enable Eucon in PT | Setup | Peripherals. Otherwise, you get blank faders (at least on the S3).

That step should be in the readme file.

I thought I would cross-post here in case Artist owners are scratching their heads.... as I was a few minutes ago.

EDIT: The EuCon 3.2.2 update does not fix bank following in PT11, only in PT12.

At Long Last! with the new driver just out now everything works with 10.9.5!
