Default Mavericks Full Screen Mode

Feature Request for PT 11 : Full Screen Mode

With Mavericks current display support, spanning across monitors is no longer possible. A second feature introduced is the MenuBar on every display, thereby reducing your vertical real estate. This impacts the larger metering footprint in PT 11 on Mavericks. Having a Full Screen Mode on each of the Mix and Edit windows (independently please) would restore that lost real estate.

Thanks - looking forward to the rumored 11.1.

+1!!...including Windows systems, though we have utilities to do this, it would be nice to see it native. As a side note, FR's will get better traction reported here.

Does it help if you do this as a workaround for that specific issue?...
Uncheck "Displays have separate Spaces" under System Preferences -> Mission Control.

The above puts you back to the 10.8x style.
(Log out and back in is required for this change)

I have 3 displays and at first I didn't like this but have tried it a few more times and it can be quite useful.

Turning on and off without log-out would be nice.
10.9 also has me using the WL trackpad gestures more

Would not multi-monitor full screen modes be an OS thing.
Or as mentioned for windows a third party OS endeavor.

Turning off the MenuBar on every display gives you back your lost real-estate

But the real question is to have full retractable menus from all screens correct?

Bruce - Yes! Thank you. This allows me to work as I have in ML. This is good and allows me to continue as I have, but I'd still love the Full Screen Ability on all of the Edit (Audio/MIDI) and Mix windows.

Again - thank you!
