Still unable to open with PT 11.1

I had problem with PT11.0 on my lap top (refer to my previous post in the thread "trouble" from jvilla)

Performing the various optimisation as per manual did'nt solve the problem.

I just loaded the 11.1 release expecting that it could work this time.

that is the case, but the error mesage has changed:

Hi' to fix this you will need to reinstall your OS then update it fully then used Avid installations and opt setting's ; then install 10.38 first it will install the i-lock correctly do not have your key plug in then install 11. now install key and open i-lock manager log in and do a sync/repair after updating i-lock manager ;then open PT 10.38 then PT 11.

do not reinstall third party plugs or programs like DVD suite etc' until you have open PT first an make sure they work then install one plug at a time then open PT that way you can see if one of them may be involve remember i do not know what you have or don't have install .
