How do I download the mp3 option I bought six years ago.

Recently upgraded 8.x for Windows 7 64 bit. All is well.

Six years ago when I intially bought LE I purchased the mp3 option from the Digi store.

I just installed LE on a new machine. I need to re-download the mp3 option. According to "My Digi" their records don't go back far enough to show my purchase?

Ideas?

Doesn't it install the MP3 option in "demo mode" when you load PT, and all you need to do is authorize it? That was the case with mine, and I still had the response code, not the I-lok authorization. First time I went to bounce an MP3 it asked for the code, and we're done.

I would get a hold of Digi Customer Service. Hopefully than can help you. I didn't have a problem but my auths were with the toolkits I had already registered. In my case a simple phone call got me a ilok asset. Hopefully your results are similar.
