PLEASE HELP WITH \"NEO ACCES ERA\"

I KEEP GETTING A NEO ACCESS ERA,I TRYED TO DO WHAT IT SAYS IN THE ANSWERE BASE, BUT FOR SOME REASON I DONT HAVE THE DIGIDESIGN DATABASE FOLDER IN MY LIBRARY/SUPPORT APPLICATION FOLDER THAT THE ANSWERE BASE SAYS TO DELETE.

I HAVE A 1.2GHZ G4 POWERMAC WITH 1.25 GB DDR SDRAM
IM RUNNING OSX 10.3.9 AND I JUST DOWNLOADED THE UPDATE FOR PROTOOLS AND HAVE PRO TOOLS LE 6.4.

PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT, THANKS...

I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED ALSO
