Failed upgrade through avid site
Hello,
I got a PT perpetual upgrade for a friend to update his PT 11 license. He went through the Avid site to submit his upgrade code. The PT 11 license was removed from his account and Ilok, but there is nothing showing for his updated license. He tried to email Avid a few days ago but has not had any response. Neither of us are sure how to proceed.
