Default Digidesign MH477 expansion chassis plus SCSI card and Glyph Trip

In very clean condition, but untested as I have no other compatible hardware. The interface card is currently installed in a slot and I did find the cable. Make offers

Also just found a PCI SCSI card(after buying one). Its an ATTO with twin external connectors and dual internal ports. Mates with the Glyph Trip rack-mount drive case I have. It has SCSI ports for a pair of SCSI drive cages(has dual Seagate Cheetah 10K drives) and a FW400 port linked to a Sony AIT tape drive. The SCSI drives come up and read/write fine, but the tape drive doesn't seem to happy(when I load in a new/blank tape, lights flash for a few seconds and then the tape spits out).

Possible buyer probably wants to know whether the connection is PCIX-to-PCIX or do you have the PCI-express card which would make old cards current. The host card, I mean. Does the host need to be PCIX or PCI-express.

The host card is also the older PCI(or PCIx) and is currently mounted in one of the chassis slots(assuming so it didn't get lost). I did do a quick search for a card that would(should) allow PCIx cards to connect to a PCIe computer, but could not not find a PCIe card with the same connection, so I'm not sure whether this can be done or not(and sadly, I know almost zilch about these chassis). I am hoping for someone that sees the hardware, knows exactly what it is, and has a need/purpose for it

It is in fact Digidesign/SBS 7slot expansion chassis and if memory serves me right it is only good for PT7.x and perhaps also PT8.0 (compatible with G4/G5 PPC systems)

Not sure if there is PCI-express card available for it due to its age, maybe it would have needed to be one generation newer for it.

Be aware that if you use 192kHz sampling rate the max number of cards available for PT is four. Lower sampling rates can use everything you put into it.

To the top. If I get software squared away, I will probably mount HD3 and SCSI cards and give it a good test run(just waiting to see if a friend has a SCSI card so I can include a Glyph Trip drive case in the testing.

SCSI drives work fine and I have a PCI card to include if anyone wants the Glyph.

I actually have 3 SCSI cards, including an Avid-branded ultra-wide card. Will consider all offers(you will not insult me)
