Default Error message when i try to record. "track could not be record-enables...."

Okay so i just upgraded to PT 10 from 9. I also just upgraded to the Mbox pro 3. Im trying to recored a track on it and when i go to activate the track to recored it comes up with the error message "the track could not be recored-eneabled because it doesn't have both an active input and output assigned." HELP! What do i do to get it to work iv been trying to figure it out for hours. I tried to change the output in playback engine. and messed with stuff in the I/O. . Can someone give me some steps on how to fix it or something.

Your audio track should output to main and your main should output to 1/2....this is a default setting.

Your audio track input should be the MBox inputs, 1/2 for stereo and L or R for mono.

Is this what you see?
