Default import / create

hi guys,

when importing a whole session I click "create new tracks" and PT does automatically assign inputs and outputs (which I don't need) to those new tracks.

Is it possible to set a preference that all those tracks are imported without any assignment as I route them myself manually afterwards.

Thanks

But how about a session template with tracks with the desired I/Os?

I have a session with busses only because PT is outdated the way it's treating mono and stereo tracks. They can not be dragged and dropped and format changed.

Thank you anyway

Since the tracks are already selected/highlighted, couldn't you just hold Shift + Option and change the output and input on one track which will change the input and output on all other tracks that's already highlighted?
