Video output to Kona card?

Any one know how to get video out of a Kona card to external video monitors when running Pro Tools? I can get Logic Pro to see the card for video output when using the HD hardware for audio, but Pro Tools gives me no options but DV/Firewire out. Seems like there should be a way, but maybe not if you're not using Avid hardware.
