My RTAS PLUG-IN inserts wont show up ?

I bought a MAC PRO and the Mbox 2 factory bundle, and Im very dissapointed how nobody has been able to tell me how to make the RTAS and TDS Plug-ins to show up. I bought the I-Drum to use on pro tools LE. But I cant even get it to run because its only RTAS compatible and The RTAS wont even show up. Please help me with this problem I am SO [bleep] frusterated. Ive looked in the manual and everything and I still cant figure out why even my buddy who is prtools certified cant answer my question neither can guitar center

Hey, I don't get it from your post. What do you mean by no RTAS? Absolutely no plug-ins? Including the basic ones: DigiEq, Comp, D-Verb, etc? So it opens without plug-ins at all?
Although, there's another story if you are talking about additional plug-ins, because there are lots of plug-ins not available yet for Intel machines like yours, or perhaps, you are installing the Mac (PPC) version of it, instead of the Intel version ...

First I would make sure that all the plug-ins you can't see, actually got installed correctly. Go to the hard drive Pro Tools is installed to, go to Applications and find the digidesign folder. Inside that folder there s hould be a Pro Tools folder. Open that and there should be a folder that says Plug-ins Alias. Check to see if the plug-ins your not seeing are there. If there not, i would try re-installing or making sure you authorized them correctly, because the program can be correctly installed, but if it's not authorized it sometimes doesn't show up in the list. Everything that came with your factory bundle has authorized.

Also FYI you can only use RTAS plug-ins with LE systems....

Also, you need to make sure you've installed Intel Mac compatible versions of those plug-ins. You can find more information on these pages:
