General ? about set up

I currently have my mpc connected via midi(out A/B) to my alesis QSR and korgMS2000br. In addition, i also have an oxygen 8 keyboard midi out into my mpc(in/2). The audio is going into a mixer I am using the mbox 1 (prtls 6.4).

i wanted to know if there is a way to sync everything to record into protools via midi? i still trying to understand midi but I hope my question makes sense. I appreciate the help in advance.
