Last available v of PT no longer available in my account

Okay, so when my PT upgrade plan ran out I was at 12.5. I downloaded it and installed it and everything. Though I saved a copy of the installer at the time, it has mysteriously disappeared from where it should be on my end. And go figure, it also disappeared on the Avid end! In going back to my account to try and re-download it, I see they now stop my available downloads at 12.4. Is there a reason for this? Likely an error/ Or is this something they do? As heard in the film 'LA Story', "...part of the new cruelty"?

HELP!!! I am having the same problem except mine stopped at 12.4

In my case, someone from Avid saw my post and opened a support ticket and they fixed it for me. I imagine they would do the same for you.

I received an email and the downloads. Thank you so much! I opened this page which contained a single download for 12.4 (one windows and one mac). I tried downloading and it ended up failing because of the internet speed that I was on. Today, I went back to the page and there are no files. Is there any way I would get this re-sent or refreshed?
