Default Please help me get the ProControl linked up

I am running PT9 on Windows7 and trying to link a ProControl. (I just have the main unit-no fader packs). I have moved the appropraite files to the controllers file. When I go to "setup>peripherals>ethernet controllers> and scan network, it find the ProControl. When I click #1 controller and choose "ProControl Main Unit" the "offline" message on the ProControl unit goes away and an error box pops up that says "-43". I have tried removing the ethernet and rescanning and I've tried going into "control panel" and deleting all but "Digi controller". Can someone help me please? I took the gamble and bought the Procontrol based on those here saying it works. Can someone show me how. Thank you!
