Page filing for 1Gb...
Hi all,
I've upgraded to 1Gb ram, set my page filing to 1024, so with two hard drives my total page filing should now be 2048, right? Thanks. |

Re: Page filing for 1Gb...
Your page is probably on your C: drive. Set Virtual memory to min and max 1024. If you want, try no Virtual memory - it is possibly the best scenario. If something bad happens - go to the 1024 max and min only. You don't need swap files on your other disks.

Re: Page filing for 1Gb...
Thanks, Cliffy. I'm afraid something bad has happened tho, I think either thereis a corrupt driver for Windows on my C drive or my C drive is toast, can't start Windows. I've loaded Windows onto my other hard drive for now.
