Multiple 001s interfaces
Can you install more than one 001 in a computer so you have more inputs and preamps? How will it work..
Thanks Mackie |

Re: Multiple 001s interfaces
You can however get an additional 8 pre's & BETTER converters by using the digital inputs. Digimax and Presonus seem to make popular units, and if you have the money you can get 8 really good converters (compared to the 001) and 4 pre's in the Focusrite ISA 428, with the digital option. Any of these solutions will give you a total of 16 ins, because you're adding 8 to the 8 already in the 001. You can also get 2 more through the spdif input.

Re: Multiple 001s interfaces
Don't forget about the Behringer ADA8000, with the 8 pres and the ADAT I/O
For something in its price range, it's an excellent piece of gear. |

Like everything else, this piece of behringer gear is total junk IMHO. |

Re: Multiple 001s interfaces
Thanks for your feedback. What models of Digimax and Presonus gear would you recommend to expand the 001 inputs?? I am looking for something under 1K right now.
Thanks again |
