Elixir V3 problem loading in PT 10.3.6

Well here we are 39 days later after my purchase of Elixir and I've only had one response to my Flux ticket from support and there suggestion did not fix the problem. They want to do a remote viewing session and sent me their app to do it but have not responded with a date and time for the trouble shooting session.

There customer support is wretched. I still have never gotten it to work and I've tried many things. Multiple uninstalls / reinstalls including finding everything the uninstaller did not erase. My friend had a similar issue but he was able to solve his by uninstall and then finding all the remaining pieces the uninstaller left and then do a totally fresh install. That did not work for me on Windows. He was on a Mac. I'm not even sure how to get my money back at this point because Flux can not communicate. I still would like to make the plugin work; let's keep the pressure on. Clearly they have a big problem affecting many users.

I think the remote session is your best option. This bug is a real pita and I feel your frustration. I hope they release a fixed version asap.

Still nothing from Flux. Just the single tech support reply to my ticket in over 40 days since my purchase and initial support request. This is beginning to become ridiculous.

Finally got this fixed by emailing and bumping my ticket request on their website. We did the remote session this morning. First thing, they just released a new version for Windows within the last day or 2. It's now 3.1. This alone did not fix the issue but it got us farther along. Turns out I had to update my graphics driver because this plugin requires OpenGL 2.0 or higher. My card's driver wasn't running any Open GL until I updated it. Now I'm running OpenGL 3.3 and the plugin works fine so far.
