Best sampler for PT use

I am using pt m-powered. I have a lot of pedal steel loops that I want to use in sessions, but I want to be able to adjust the pitch of the loop without changing the tempo of the loop. What is the best sampler to use with PT to do this work with the minimum of headaches and best seemlessness?

You need to check out sampletank XL series. The video online about the stretch feature is amazing demo on its power.

I don't know your experience on samplers, but I believe its as seamless as can be. You import, then play up and down keyboard. No chipmunk effect.

Sampletank is more of a soundmodule than a sampler, its not really fit for working with sampels despite what IK wants you to belive...

More or less the standard for Pro Tools is Kontakt2 or Marc5.

use ableton live digidesign edition or melodyne uno rewired into protools. neither are samplers per se, but a sampler is kind of the wrong tool for what you need to do.
