Default Upgrade PT9 CPTK to PT12HD

Hi all,

I'm hoping you will be able to ease my aching head.

I am currently running PT9 with CPTK using an RME UFX as my main interface.
I'd like to take advantage of the HD12 upgrade option before the end of the year but have 2 questions.

1. Will I actually be able to use the full power of HD12 software with the RME UFX?

2. How do I actually go about the upgrade/cross grade. The Avid website is a bit tricky to find things.

Thanks muchly in advance.
