Editing midi on pro tools
A friend of mine recorded some mido drum tracks from his electric drum kit at 150 bpm and I want to increase the tempo to 170bpm. However when I increase the tempo of the track the midi data does not change its placemenet. As in it, it doesn't move with the grid and stays in the same placement if it was at 150.
Any advice? |

Re: Editing midi on pro tools
Your midi tracks must be based on samples, rather than ticks.
Create new midi tracks, and make them tick based, rather than sample based, and copy the midi parts onto those tracks.
