Default PT7 M-Powered EDU

I am a student and believe that I qualify for the educational version of PT M-Powered. Are there any limitations with this version as far as features and upgrades? I don't want to buy it and find out later that it does not qualify for any upgrades because it is an educational license. Any insight is appreciated.

Yes, the edu version is the full version. Actually, when you figure the price of a Mobile Pre USB and Pro-Tools Edu, you really are getting a great deal. I paid a total of $129 for a refurb Mobile Pre and $139 for edu version of PT7 M-Powered. I never thought I would get a Protools system for less than $300.

Thank you for the replies. So it is the full version, that's great news! I assume that also means it is not excluded from any future upgrade offers?

Here's another place to try;

www.studica.com , .ca

Same price, I believe. It is the full version too, but I'm not too sure about the upgrade thing. I would call someone @ Digi before you purchase.

Yes, it is a complete full version as already noted. I own an LE rig, and m-powered. There is no difference except hardware.
