M-Powered 7.4 and M-Audio Fast Track Ultra

Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4 came with my Fast Track Ultra.

upon install, prior to cs updates, it won't run.

after cs9 update, it demands an iLok.

is there any way for me to use the software that came bundled with the hardware?
