Hi All,
My Pro Tools Ultimate 1-Year Subscription expired on the 18th of December. I didn't renew it (and auto-renewal was off) but bought a new subscription instead on the 24th. I still haven't received a confirmation email though and nothing has changed on my account so I can't use Pro Tools. The order is in the "Order History" section and it only says that the invoice is being generated. Also, the transaction is still among the pending ones on my bank account. Any idea what's going on here? Thanks! |

Welcome to the community.
A brief delay due to billing can be normal. If needed (and you haven't done one previously) you can get the free trial for Pro Tools Ultimate.
