Default Cut off date for free 12HD upgrade?
We bought and upgraded to a 10/11HD license late last year (end of September?). Will we get a free upgrade to HD12?

I don't think so, because PT12 was announced this month

Afaik: Only if you upgraded between Oct and Dec '14 you'll be eligeble for an included support plan and PT12HD.

If you purchased before: another $599 to stay up to date.

Yeah, that's unfortunate. You might contact the dealer from whom you purchased, and see if there's anything they can do.
