Default -48 error on renaming clip

Hi guys, i've got a tedious -48 error on consolidate and renaming clips, now is in infinite loop and i'll do a cmd+alt+esc to leave this loop, obviously losing latest save..
I haven't got this message before, i'm on the latest 10HD (TDM), here attached the img of the error mess.
did u seen before?
best.
Corrado
