Crash when consolidate clip

This doesn't happen all the time, but PT will crash when I consolidate a clip. It started when I updated to 10.3.4 and also does it in 10.3.5. Never ever did it in PT 9 or first version of 10. Been doing this for 5 years.

I started saving just before I consolidate and that helped some, but will still do it randomly.

Also after the crash PT doesn't remember the file in recent files.
Was wondering if anyone else has had this happen, and if so did you find a fix?

I do radio promos and the short ones(1 & 2 min) are not so bad, but to lose all the editing work you did on the 15 min program is a nightmare.

Any help is appreciated.

I haven't seen this behavior on any versions of PT, and I'm now on 10.3.5.

Did you un-install previous PT versions before installing 10.3.4/10.3.5? That is recommended by Avid.

Have you tried to trash PT preferences? Repaired disk permissions with Disk Utility? I always do that after installing/updating, and restart the Mac.

Computer and OS? PT setup? Need more info. But all the same I've not had any crashes consolidating clips.

The currently open session is not added to the top of the recent files list until you close the session.
