3rd party software works on stand alone but not with pt

I recently did the good old "power pc to intel" switch and all my 3rd party software works perfectly fine on stand alone, but for some reason it doesn't appear in the Audiosuite when I run Pro tools. The plug-in icons appear in the Plug-Ins alias folder also but still no cigar. Help would be most appreciated.
