Pro Tools 12HD upgrade / Support Plan last activation date?

If one buys Pro Tools 12HD upgrade / Support Plan before December 31 to get the better price, is there some last day one would have to activate it?

Hi! Do you mean this 89$ upgrade for old PT users?
If so, that seems to be a joke guy.
I'm waiting for further information, but so far, I've just get an email which says: until December 31, your upgrade 212 euros.
Nothing else.
Would you mind sharing any new information?
If I find out sth interesting, I will.

Like the title says I mean $599 Pro Tools 12HD upgrade (from 9HD/10HD/11HD), which will be more expensive next year. Does somebody know if the upgrade from 9HD will be available at all next year?
